Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead dealership operations and build high-performing teams. This is an opportunity to explore potential leadership opportunities across the Richmond market based on experience, background, and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving profitability, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead dealership operations across sales, service, parts, and finance.
