Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead dealership operations and build high-performing teams. This is an opportunity to explore potential leadership opportunities across the Richmond market based on experience, background, and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving profitability, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities- Lead dealership operations across sales, service, parts, and finance.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage dealership financial performance, budgets, and expenses.
- Build strong relationships with customers, associates, manufacturer representatives, and community partners.
- Foster a positive workplace culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example and help create an environment where associates can grow and succeed.

Requirements
Requirements- Proven experience in automotive dealership management.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data and make sound business decisions.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer experience and associate development.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
