General Manager, B-Lux Restaurant

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a General Manager, B-Lux Restaurant. In this role, you'll be responsible for the management and overall success of the restaurant through leading daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You'll drive service standards, financial performance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Salary Range - $75,000k - $90,000k, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations.
• Schedule labor, inventory, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor all front-of-house associates.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of the facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment.
• Continually strive to develop, coach, and train your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years in a food and beverage management role in a full-service, high-volume restaurant or multi-unit restaurant.
• Experience with systems, consistent and evolving training, and P&L review.
• It's preferred that you have at least 2 years of directly related experience, including experience with craft cocktails.
