Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of an assigned hotel while maintaining brand standards.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong hotel leadership team.
- Deliver outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and expense control.
- Build positive relationships with owners, associates, guests, and community partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience preferred.
- Hilton and/or Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve financial and operational goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, revenue management, and hotel operations.
- Passion for developing people and creating an exceptional guest experience.
