What You'll Do- Lead all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
- Drive profitability and departmental performance
- Recruit, train, and develop department leadership
- Analyze financial statements and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and manufacturers
- Develop marketing and merchandising strategies
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of dealership General Manager or General Sales Manager experience required
- Automotive dealership leadership experience required
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Proven record of driving profitability and growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Local candidates strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license required
