What You'll Do- Lead all aspects of corporate dining, catering, retail, and hospitality operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost-control initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong client partnerships while serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead management teams and frontline staff to drive engagement, accountability, and results.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. Drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.
