Role OverviewSodexo Government is seeking a
General Manager 4 to support the food operations located in
Silver Spring, MD. The General Manager is responsible for food quality & customer service in a retail environment. Candidates should be passionate, highly motivated, and enjoy client and customer interaction. The General Manager will provide leadership and supervision to the on-site food service staff and oversee the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client.
What You'll Do- have oversight of day-to-day dining operations;
- ensure that we provide high quality food service;
- implement Sodexo systems and programs, and oversee training of staff;
- continuously evaluates service to ensure client satisfaction;
- develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships; and
- ensure Sodexo Standards are met
