General Manager 3 (Food) to support all culinary operations at
Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Center in
Lexington, North Carolina. As part of Wake Forest Baptist Health, Lexington Medical Center (LMC) has the resources of a nationally recognized academic medical center at its doorstep, enabling the facility to offer world-class health care here, close to home. Lexington Medical Center is a not-for-profit facility licensed with 94 acute care beds. The medical center's specialty services include orthopaedic surgery, general surgery, ENT/head and neck surgery, stroke and cancer care. Our outpatient expertise includes digestive health services, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation department, a diagnostic imaging center and wound care center.

What You BringThe ideal candidate:- has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
- has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
- has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
- can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
