What You'll Do- Lead all daily operations for the Corporate Café
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a new, high-profile client, ensuring strong partnership and satisfaction
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing on-site team focused on hospitality and service excellence
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic planning
- Ensure flawless execution of catering events, from planning to service delivery
- Elevate the guest experience through quality, innovation, and consistent operational standards
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and corporate policies
- Drive continuous improvement across service, culinary execution, and operational efficiency
