Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Mid-Pacific Institute, a private college-preparatory school in Honolulu, HI serving 1,400 students from Preschool through Grade 12, focused on learning.

The GM will drive vision, build campus ties, and engage the local community. Success requires leadership, computer skills, culinary expertise, and food/beverage cost control.

In this leadership role, you will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll guide and develop your team while managing financial performance and building strong relationships with clients and customers to support sustained success.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $70975 - $91850

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
