Canada Go-To-Market, Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager on our Canada Go-To-Market team you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier talent across our sales and go-to-market ecosystem across Canada. You bring deep, recent experience recruiting for revenue-driving roles, including business development, client partners, and alliances or similar type of roles. You are highly skilled at selling a brand, value proposition, and growth story to passive candidates, positioning Slalom as an employer of choice in competitive sales markets. You know how to engage talent that isn't actively

So, what will I do?
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, from pipeline development and assessment strategy through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines by engaging with sales and GTM communities, attending industry and networking events, and cultivating passive candidate relationships.
  • Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and alignment with Slalom's culture and values.
  • Mentor and collaborate with recruiting peers for Canada specific TA related requirements, sharing best practices and ensuring we are compliant.
  • Support broader America's based Talent Acquisition team with additional capability or location specific hiring when needed.
  • Attending and participating in both internal and external initiatives, such as community groups, industry recruiting fairs and post-secondary education events.


And, what will I bring?
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated success hiring for revenue-generating roles, including quota-carrying sales, account management, solution or industry sales, partner sales, and sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment while maintaining a high-quality, consultative approach.
  • Exceptional stakeholder partnership skills, with the confidence to influence and advise leaders
  • Experience leveraging ATS, CRM tools, market data, and social sourcing platforms to build scalable GTM recruiting pipelines.
  • A true sense of pride and ownership in work and the ability to operate in the grey.
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) is an asset.


Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that you will be on site a minimum of 3 days a week.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $90,000 to $120,000 at the Manager level. In addition, there is potential for a 12% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
