What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end program management for a portfolio of AI-focused initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams and teams.
- Drive planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, product, business, and leadership stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
- Own program governance including RAID management, stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Facilitate program cadences, cross-functional meetings, and decision-making processes in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
- Partner with technical teams to understand progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.
- Create clear, concise executive communications, including program updates, business reviews, and strategic narratives.
- Ensure alignment across teams while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, execution excellence, and measurable results.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and dependencies.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams and understand technical concepts, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale initiatives from planning through delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership updates and business reviews.
- Experience driving alignment and influencing outcomes across organizations without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills with a data-driven, detail-oriented approach to program execution.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, quickly identify priorities, and drive results with a high degree of ownership.
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, GenAI, or emerging technology initiatives is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with program management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar tracking and reporting platforms.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the targeted hourly pay range is $80-$93hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
