Location: Sunnyvale, CA (3 days onsite per week required)What You'll Do- OCM Lead for End-to-End Transformation: Drive organizational change from strategy and inception through adoption, reinforcement, and post-launch support for large-scale, enterprise technology programs
- AI-Enabled Change Delivery: Leverage generative AI to accelerate communications, enablement content, and scalable frameworks across diverse use cases
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner across business, engineering, privacy, and security teams to define change scope, guardrails, and success criteria
- Rapid Context Acquisition: Able to learn quickly and assess new environments and stakeholder landscapes to build effective change strategies
- Cross-functional Stakeholder Management: Build trust and alignment across all levels, from working teams to senior leadership
- Change Impact & Prioritization: Conduct impact assessments and translate insights into prioritized, actionable OCM plans
- Strategic Communications & Adoption: Design and execute large-scale communication strategies to drive adoption for both internal and external audiences, including regulatory change
- Delivery Excellence: Develop scalable training (ILT and self-paced), collaborate with regional teams, and deliver under pressure with a strong focus on outcomes
What You'll Bring- Typically requires 8+ years of experience in project, program, change management and/or training content development and delivery on Enterprise scale programs
- Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a grasp of process improvement and technical documentation
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to support change management, communications, training, documentation, and adoption activities
- Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects
- Experience developing communications and training materials

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $60/hr to $75/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
