Project Manager
Location: 2-3x weekly onsite in Tempe (local candidates only)
What You'll Do:
• Assess and manage impacts of Microsoft Fusion Edge applications on the existing ERP ecosystem.
• Align scope across 200+ interconnected applications and systems to ensure consistent integration planning.
• Coordinate activation plans for Fusion Edge rollout, including system readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee systems integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between Fusion Edge and legacy ERP components.
• Lead sunset planning for outdated or redundant applications, including decommissioning timelines and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among IT, business operations, and vendor teams to drive project milestones.
• Track dependencies and risks related to application transitions and integrations.
• Ensure documentation and communication of integration strategies, timelines, and decisions.
• Support change management efforts to prepare teams for new system adoption and process changes.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, standards).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $75/HR to $80/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
