What You'll Do Lead a pod of software engineers providing oversight and keeping them on task. Ideally brings knowledge of Kotlin to help bridge the gap.
What You'll Bring- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years of tech lead experience
- Experience with react, node, typescript, and CDK
- Strong AWS services experience with SQS, Lambda, SNS, DDB, Redshift, S3
- Kotlin experience strongly preferred
- Additional experience with accelerated engineering such as MCP, Kiro/Claude Code, Agent Skills, context management
- Ability to commute 2 days/week to Irvine

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range for is $70/hr to $100/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
