Slalom South Central is seeking a Director, Client Partner, Manufacturing to accelerate growth across our Manufacturing portfolio. This leader will be responsible for expanding strategic client relationships, driving business development, and overseeing account growth across manufacturing organizations throughout the South Central market.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of industry expertise, consulting experience, executive relationship management, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth within complex organizations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across Manufacturing organizations.
- Build and execute a Manufacturing portfolio growth strategy across the South Central market.
- Establish and expand Slalom's presence within strategic manufacturing accounts through both account expansion and net-new client acquisition.
- Partner with clients to influence business and technology strategy, identifying opportunities where Slalom can create measurable impact.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior business and technology decision-makers.
- Drive business development efforts, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
- Lead account planning and portfolio strategy efforts to drive sustainable growth and long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate across Slalom capabilities including strategy, data and AI, cloud, customer transformation, supply chain, operations, and technology modernization.
- Maintain awareness of manufacturing industry trends, including digital transformation, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, supply chain optimization, operational excellence, and emerging technologies.
- Provide leadership and oversight across multiple client engagements, ensuring quality delivery and strong client satisfaction.
- Manage and coach teams across multiple engagements, helping develop Slalom talent and future leaders.
- Build $3M+ in annual new business while helping manage and grow a portfolio of $10M-$20M+.
- Maintain a utilization target of approximately 40% while actively supporting delivery quality and client outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience in manufacturing, consulting, account leadership, business development, delivery leadership, or client-facing professional services roles.
- Deep understanding of the Manufacturing industry, including operational, technology, and business transformation priorities.
- Proven experience building relationships with executive stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
- Strong consulting background with the ability to connect strategy, sales, and delivery.
- Demonstrated success creating and executing account growth strategies within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of business development, including both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Experience owning or influencing portfolio performance, revenue growth, and business outcomes.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including technology, operations, cloud, data, AI, supply chain, or organizational change programs.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Director is $180,000 to $230,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
