This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Nashville, TN metropolitan area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom office 5 days a week.What You'll Do- Lead the delivery of business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals, product strategies, and Slalom delivery standards.
- Apply agile principles and delivery practices to drive iterative progress, foster collaboration, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define objectives, scope, priorities, roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.
- Depending on the engagement, serve as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Solution Owner, or Technical Project Manager, helping teams balance business value, technical considerations, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Facilitate effective team execution through backlog management, prioritization, agile ceremonies, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
- Guide teams through transformation, migration, modernization, and product delivery initiatives while maintaining a focus on value realization and measurable outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques, including generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for forecasting, and automation for reporting and workflow optimization, to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
- Support business development through solutioning, estimation, proposal development, and client relationship building.
- Contribute to Slalom's delivery community through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and capability development.
What You'll Bring- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Proven success delivering technology, digital, product, or business transformation initiatives within consulting or enterprise environments.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery execution.
- Experience defining visions, roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, timelines, delivery plans, and success metrics while driving execution across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies, product development practices, and project governance frameworks.
- Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, scope, stakeholder communications, and delivery commitments.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve delivery workflows, team productivity, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Pragmatic Institute, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile (SAFe), PMI, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading product, project, or technology delivery efforts in consulting environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across business and technical stakeholder groups.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for a Consultant is $90,000 to $115,000, and for a Senior Consultant, $115,000 to $147,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
