Who You'll Work With

Our ideal Cloud Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is an entrepreneurial self-starter who will define and execute our partner strategy, collaborate with local market and global leaders, and drive partner sales. This person must have experience building and managing trusted relationships with partners and clients as well as possess a track record of developing pipeline and retiring quota.

*Please note: This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the listed location and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom office when needed.

What You'll Do
  • Drive partner-led growth by executing a local alliances strategy across AWS, Microsoft, and Google
  • Build pipeline and revenue by selling with partners into priority accounts and industries
  • Own partner quota and originate new opportunities through strong alliance relationships
  • Align teams and execute joint account planning, marketing initiatives, and conflict resolution across partners and Slalom


What You'll Bring
  • 5-6 years of experience in partner sales, alliances, business development or consulting
  • Proven experience selling with AWS, Microsoft, or Google and executing alliance go-to-market strategies
  • Strong relationship, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage a book of business, support complex sales pursuits, and operate autonomously with flexibility for hybrid work and travel up to 20%

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay ranges for Partner Sales Manager and Senior Partner Sales Manager are $103,000-$154,000 and $130,000-$194,000, respectively. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
