Title: Senior Principal, Market Solutions

What You'll Do
- Lead complex, high-impact client initiatives across industries, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Define project scope, delivery approach, timelines, and success metrics, and manage engagements from inception through completion with a utilization target of 65%+.
- Support Go-to-Market motions and sales lifecycle by scoping opportunities, developing delivery approaches, and contributing to proposals while selling delivery capabilities and outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders) to deliver innovative solutions.
- Oversee project execution, balancing delivery leadership with hands-on involvement, driving delivery plans, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring utilization and profitability targets are met.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to shape direction and maintain alignment.
- Apply agile methodologies to accelerate delivery, foster collaboration, and adapt to evolving needs.
- Use AI-powered tools and techniques (e.g., predictive analytics for forecasting, automation for reporting, generative AI for documentation) to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
- Mentor consultants and delivery leads, and contribute to the growth of Slalom's delivery frameworks and practices.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years experience in product &/or program management and delivery leadership, in consulting environments..
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, automation) within delivery to improve efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to sell and lead professional services engagements, including shaping solutions, driving pursuits, and influencing executive decision-makers throughout the deal cycle.
- Demonstrated success owning or contributing to revenue targets through client relationship development, solutioning, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Lean, PMBOK) and ability to apply them pragmatically.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes (revenue, utilization, margin, profitability) across industries in technology platforms.
- Track record of supporting pursuits and contributing to the sales lifecycle, including solutioning, scoping, and estimation.
- Hands-on experience with modern delivery practices, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, and scaled frameworks.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Denver Senior Principal is $160,000 to $200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
