Job Description

**This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Denver Metropolitan Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Denver office up to 5 days a week.**

What You'll Do
  • Support the delivery of business and technology projects across industries, ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom's delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, including task tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models depending on project context.
  • Leverage AI tools and techniques (e.g., generative AI for documentation, automation for reporting, predictive analytics for risk tracking) to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts within the delivery capability.
  • Work closely with senior consultants and project leads to ensure alignment with delivery best practices.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Consultant is $80,000 to $120,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
