What You'll Do
- Lead planning, execution, and governance of large-scale, enterprise-wide integration programs.
- Drive the integration of Medicare business operations, systems, processes, and organizational capabilities into the broader enterprise ecosystem.
- Partner with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, operational, technology, compliance, and regulatory teams.
- Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Establish program governance structures and ensure successful execution against strategic objectives.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
- Strong experience managing large-scale business transformations, mergers, acquisitions, or integration programs.
- Healthcare industry experience required.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at the executive and senior leadership levels.
- Demonstrated success driving planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing program budgets, timelines, dependencies, and organizational change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare Payor experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Medicare operations, products, regulatory requirements, and business processes.
- Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, or related business lines.
- Previous experience with post-acquisition integrations, particularly in healthcare organizations.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted pay range is $70-85/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
