Title: Senior Consultant

What You'll Do- Lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-workstream initiatives across domains (AI, cloud, data, platforms).
- Translate ambiguous, high-impact challenges into structured delivery strategies, operating models, and execution plans.
- Partner with senior client leaders to define success metrics, decision frameworks, and scalable ways of working.
- Manage interdependencies, risks, and constraints while driving prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery decisions.
- Establish and scale governance, processes, and delivery standards to enable consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Apply and scale delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) based on client context and organizational maturity.
- Leverage delivery tools and AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet) to support planning, backlog management, reporting, and decision-making.
What You'll Bring- 4+ years of consulting experience leading project and/or product delivery in business and technology environments.
- Proven success leading complex initiatives with multiple workstreams, including establishing governance, processes, and delivery standards, as well as working with product delivery teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and value delivery.
- Experience selecting and scaling delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), tools, and processes based on client maturity.
- Highly proactive communicator with strong facilitation skills, a learner's mindset, and curiosity about AI-enabled tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; certifications such as CSM, PMP, CBAP, scaled agile preferred.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $102,000 - $140,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
