Opportunity: General Dentist - Full Time
Location:Kirby Garrett DDS, 1602 Salem Rd Victoria, Texas 77904
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with option of adding Friday's

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols
Qualifications
- Friendly, compassionate, and patientoriented
- Strong communication skills and a desire for longterm community relationships
- DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license
- Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
- Experienced and newly graduating candidates are welcome to apply

Practice DescriptionAs an Associate Dentist, you will have the ability to practice fullscope general dentistry while shaping the types of procedures you enjoy most. Youll step into a schedule with strong patient demand and the freedom to build your skills in areas such as restorative dentistry, cosmetic services, and additional procedures based on your training and interests.

- Electronic charting and fully computerized operatories
- Computers in every operatory
- Intraoral cameras for enhanced diagnostics and patient education
- Advanced laser dentistry technology
- Digital X-ray units, including panoramic imaging
- Cone Beam CT (CBCT) for comprehensive diagnostics and treatment planning
- Ability to add digital intraoral scanner for precise impressions and restorative workflows
