Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while practicing at the top of your license.
- Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand their options.
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants and other providers to deliver coordinated care.
- Lead and empower your clinical team through effective communication, delegation and daily team huddles.
- Stay current with advances in dentistry, technology and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current CPR certification.
- Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Controlled Substance License, if required by the state.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Qualified candidates requiring sponsorship may be considered.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with patients and dental teams.
CompensationEarn $200k-300k+ annually!
