Position Highlights:- 4/5 days in Westborough
- Fully staffed, efficient teams with strong hygiene support.
- Established patient base with steady new patient flow.

Compensation & Earnings:- Competitive compensation structure (base + 35% adjusted production).
- Strong daily production opportunities with high earning potential.
- Consistent schedule to support predictable income growth.
Clinical Scope:- Bread-and-butter dentistry (restorative, crowns, bridges, fillings).
- Opportunities to expand into more advanced procedures based on experience and interest.
- Supported referrals for specialty cases when needed.
What We're Looking For:- DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in MA.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and case presentation ability.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient experience.
