General Dentist to support our high-performing, multi-location practices in
Chicopee, Ludlow, and Springfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys
variety, strong support teams, and consistent patient flow across a well-established network.
Position Highlights:- Split schedule across 3 busy, established locations.
- Strong, experienced clinical and administrative teams in place.
- Consistent new patient flow and active recall base.
- Fully equipped operatories with modern technology.
Compensation & Earnings:- Competitive compensation structure (base + 35% of adjusted production).
- High earning potential with steady patient demand.
- Opportunity for strong daily production in established offices.
Clinical Scope:- Comprehensive general dentistry:
- Restorative, crowns & bridges, fillings.
- Preventive and basic surgical procedures.
- Flexibility to expand into procedures based on experience and comfort.
- Internal referral network for specialty support.
What We're Looking For:- DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality patient care.
Schedule Options:- Full-time preferred.
- Part-time considered.
