- Average earning potential: $250,000-$500,000+(including new graduates)

Duties and Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients.
- Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations.
- Review treatment plans with patients and families and obtain informed consent.
- Deliver consistent, patient-centered care across all procedures.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using restorative techniques, extractions, and prosthetic solutions as appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports patient care and team success.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an ADA/CDAC accredited dental school including prospective graduates.
