Clovis, NM. This dedicated relocation opportunity is designed for doctors with
2+ years of clinical experience practicing dentistry in the United States who are open to moving for a strong long-term opportunity with high earning potential, clinical autonomy, and organizational support.

$7,500 relocation bonus.
Compensation and Benefits(Compensation varies based on experience, location, and other factors)

- Average earning potential: $250,000-$400,000+
- Daily minimum guarantees
- 32-35% of production, including X-rays, with potential location-based premiums

Duties and Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative care, extractions, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures
- Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations
- Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
- Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in accordance with company standards
- Support a positive, collaborative work environment focused on patient care and team success

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school
- Current or eligible New Mexico dental license
- 2+ years of experience practicing dentistry in the United States
