We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Venice, Florida. Compensation & Benefits:

• $800-$850 daily guarantee.
• Tiered compensation structure of 32%-34% of net collections.
• Uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
• Deliver high-quality preventive and restorative general dentistry.
• Perform bread-and-butter general dentistry while managing more comprehensive cases based on clinical experience.
• Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health.
• Build trust and lasting relationships through excellent patient communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Florida dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.
