Your Responsibilities:Yes, you'll be diagnosing, drilling, and dazzling patients with your clinical skills-but let's be real, we're looking for more than just a steady hand and a sharp eye. You're the kind of doctor who can explain a treatment plan without sounding like a textbook, build trust that keeps patients coming back, and lead a team like it's second nature (with a few lame dad jokes along the way). If you're all about high standards, continuous growth, and believe that leadership means serving first-welcome to the crusade. Bonus points if Raving Fans and EntreLeadership are already dog-eared on your bookshelf.

You're a confident communicator, a natural leader, and a team player who treats patients like people-not procedures. If you've got clinical chops, a collaborative spirit, and compassion baked into everything you do, we already like your style.
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Active [state specific] dental license (in good standing, no disciplinary actions)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for teamwork and treating patients with compassion
