This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants a busy family practice, a broad clinical mix, and a team that cares about creating a comfortable experience for patients. We are looking for someone who can build trust, communicate clearly, diagnose confidently, and provide excellent dentistry in a supportive practice environment.
Schedule- Full-time position
- 4-5 days per week
- Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday
What You'll Do- Provide high-quality general dentistry in a patient-centered setting
- Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive care
- Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence
- Partner with hygiene, dental assistants, and front office team members to create a smooth patient experience
- Support a positive, accountable, team-first culture
- Help patients understand their treatment options and move forward with care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards
The Dentist We're Looking For- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
- Confidence in bread-and-butter general dentistry
- Clear and compassionate patient communication
- Balanced diagnostic approach
- Team-first mindset
- Desire to build long-term patient relationships
- Comfort working in a busy, established practice
- Interest in a broad clinical scope
Experience with extractions, endodontics, dentures, implant restorations, cosmetic dentistry, or clear aligners is a plus, but fit, communication, work ethic, and patient care matter most.
Compensation and Benefits- Compensation: 30% collections; daily guarantee based on experience
- Earnings expected of $180,000 to $250,000 per year
