Start your journey with our exclusive New Doctor Bootcamp led by Dr. AJ Acierno, President of Clinical Operations, during your first week. This immersive training experience is designed to help you develop the clinical, leadership, and operational skills needed to thrive in practice from day one.

You’ll also have access to ongoing mentorship and complimentary CE opportunities to continue expanding your skills and clinical scope throughout your career.

• Lead the day with purpose- kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day. 
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school 
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining) 
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
