Summary

You will serve as a GENERAL BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY SPECIALIST in the Rapid Capability Engineering Group, Resources & Operations Office of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.

Duties

Help

  • You will provide expertise to others within the group and throughout the activity on unique and controversial problems.
  • You will be accountable for outcomes and results including timely delivery of quality work products and services.
  • You will direct the work of other employees who may be involved in performing segments of the overall work under the employee's cognizance.
  • You will provide comprehensive staff and management services to organizations, and consultation and advice to the responsible manager.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or pay band DA-4 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Subject matter expertise in project planning/business operations. 2) Ability to maintain continuity of project or program objectives. 3) Ability to coordinate with a wide range of internal/external stakeholders, customers and functional specialists in diverse areas to execute administrative actions in support of technical project goals. 4) Knowledge of management techniques required to coordinate efforts of government and contractor personnel. 5) Expertise required for planning, organizing, and executing tasking assignments based on budget and schedule limitations. 6) Ability to interpret DoD/Navy regulations, practices, precedents, and current management policies and procedures applicable to business operations tasking.
