Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of the role is a must
• Preferred background in plaintiff personal injury; civil litigation or public defense experience is beneficial
• Customer service skills are essential—no arrogant personalities tolerated
• Must be tech-savvy, with experience in a paperless Apple/Mac environment
• A long-term mindset is critical for success
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred for intake positions

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategies against insurance carriers
• Conduct depositions and draft motions as part of court representation
• Collaborate with case managers and paralegals to ensure exceptional client service
• Manage outcomes and participate in a performance-based compensation structure
• At senior levels, oversee team building and market growth efforts
