Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• At least 5 years of automotive General Assembly process manufacturing experience.
• Proven project management skills, including budgeting and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in tools such as PFMEA, Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Six Sigma, and Red X.
• Strong proficiency with Teamcenter, AMPs, and MEDDS for digital process management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a self-motivated, change-champion attitude.
• Preferred background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with familiarity to Stellantis Production Way methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Salaried Bargaining Unit Tooling Engineers from vehicle design concept through in-plant launch.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing concepts across process, tooling, and assembly operations.
• Champion data-driven decision making to ensure process robustness and continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end complex projects while meeting budget and timeline targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis using industry-standard tools to address issues and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee the categorization and deployment of Stellantis North America General Assembly assets.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and empower team members to take ownership of processes.
