In the assigned Job Role of Data Science Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance reports that provide insights into progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with mid-level and senior client stakeholders and provide update on project progress.
• Facilitate end-to-end delivery and implementation of analytics projects and technologies by shaping business and technical requirements, guiding teams, overseeing integration, and ensuring solutions are scalable, stable, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could affect project success. Implement mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• For analytics projects, develop project estimates in line with project scope, approach, milestones and manage change requests.
• Monitor estimates v/s actuals and oversee the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing analytical and commercial proposals for upcoming client engagements.
• Develop resource plans and define role requirements that anticipate future project needs and address potential shortages in analytical resources.
• Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.

Required Skill and Experience• Experience in AI/ML and GenAI/LLM/Agentic AI implementation.
• Strong experience in solution architecture + hands-on delivery leadership for production-grade AI systems.
• Proven experience in pre-sales: proposals, RFPs, estimations, solution workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Expertise in LLMs and enterprise GenAI patterns, RAG pipelines, vector search, reranking, evaluation frameworks and Agent frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of data engineering patterns for AI- ingestion, governance, lineage, metadata, PII controls.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
