Full Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Production Assembly Technician supporting complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical assembly operations in a production manufacturing environment. This role performs assembly, inspection, rework, repair, modification, machine setup, preventive maintenance, material receiving inspections, documentation, and workflow coordination while working under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex production assembly operations on electronic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Inspect assemblies, subassemblies, parts, and incoming materials in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Perform complex rework, repair, and modification of parts and assemblies.
  • Document inspection results and update work status documentation according to established procedures.
  • Perform complex machine setup activities using required machine inspection checklists.
  • Conduct periodic maintenance on production machines and tooling.
  • Assemble, prepare, and deliver production kits.
  • Perform receiving and basic inspection procedures for incoming materials.
  • Present statistical production and quality data to the team to support analysis and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to establish work priorities, maintain workflow, and resolve production issues.
  • Work independently under minimal supervision while supporting production requirements.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 7+ years of related production, assembly, manufacturing, inspection, or equivalent work experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may include:
    • Vocational school or associate degree plus 5 years of related work experience.
    • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience performing electronic, electrical, and mechanical assembly and subassembly operations.
  • Experience performing rework, repair, and modification of production parts and assemblies.
  • Experience conducting inspections and documenting inspection results in accordance with established procedures.
  • Experience performing machine setup, machine inspections, and periodic maintenance on production equipment and tooling.
  • Ability to support material receiving, kit assembly, workflow coordination, production status tracking, and statistical data reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solder Circuit Boards
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Able to read and interpret drawings and work instructions
