Job Description We are looking for experienced
Gen-AI Engineers with 6-8 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of
2 years of hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building, integrating, and deploying AI/ML and Gen-AI solutions for enterprise environments, preferably within the Financial Services domain.
The role will involve working closely with business, data, engineering, and architecture teams to design and implement Gen-AI use cases, integrate LLM-based solutions with enterprise applications, and ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready deployments.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs and related AI technologies.
- Build and deploy Gen-AI applications such as chatbots, document intelligence, knowledge assistants, summarization tools, and automation solutions.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar Gen-AI orchestration tools.
- Integrate Gen-AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Develop and optimize prompts, embeddings, vector search, and RAG-based architectures.
- Collaborate with data engineering and application teams to consume structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, compliance, and performance.
- Support model evaluation, testing, monitoring, and production deployment.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical Gen-AI solutions.
Required Skills - 6-8 years of overall experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, or related technology roles.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions.
- Strong experience with Python and AI/ML libraries.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Gemini, or similar models.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and application integration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills - Experience in the Financial Services domain.
- Experience working with enterprise AI governance, security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience deploying AI/ML or Gen-AI solutions into production.
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native deployment.
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
