As part of the Global Spare Parts Planning team within the Diagnostics Division, you ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution for nearly 20,000 spare parts globally. In the role of Global Planner Spare Parts, you will balance complex global logistics, demand fluctuations, and process automation to support best-in-class service for our customers.

The Opportunity:

  • Planning spare parts availability based on statistical data and organizing international procurement to anticipate customer demand.

  • Managing bottlenecks and resolving supply chain disruptions caused by logistics challenges or sudden demand surges.

  • Aligning cross-departmental interfaces, systems, and processes to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

  • Safeguarding supply chain stability and mitigating risk against external disruptions and geopolitical events.

  • Analyzing end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, optimize operations, and create business cases.

  • Leading or co-leading cross-departmental supply chain projects and representing the unit in global initiatives.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Controlling, or a related field.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in production, distribution, or planning environment.

  • You possess strong analytical capabilities and can extract actionable insights from complex datasets to drive data-driven strategies.

  • You demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred:

  • You have hands-on experience working with SAP systems.

  • You bring critical thinking, an independent working style, and an interest in process automation and optimization.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, Indiana is $63,600.00 - $118,200.00 USD Annual.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
