Position: Gastroenterologist

An established regional medical center in western North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to lead the development of a new hospital-employed GI clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a program in a high-demand market while enjoying a strong quality of life in the scenic Smoky Mountains.
• Spearhead the launch and growth of a new hospital-employed gastroenterology practice
• Strong community need with an established referral base
• General GI practice with the option to perform ERCP procedures
• Flexible options for full-time employment or coverage via a professional services agreement (PSA)
• Collaborative hospital environment with administrative support to ensure program success

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
• Eligible for North Carolina medical license and DEA certification
