Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 7 years of automotive industry experience, particularly in General Assembly processes
• Experience with assembly plant operations for Unibody and BOF architectures
• Proficient in CAD systems, specifically Teamcenter and Vis Mockup
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Design and Advanced Vehicle Engineering teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement robust manufacturing standards across a complete range of vehicles
• Collaborate with Product Design Office to integrate exciting styling with manufacturing requirements
• Co-locate with PDO and Advanced Engineering teams to ensure adherence to product standards
• Collect and represent manufacturing requirements during early product development
• Maintain and enhance AME Product Standards for future applications
• Enforce manufacturing standards throughout the product development cycle
• Quickly address product standards violations by facilitating issue discovery and resolution
• Create and publish GA Macrociclo and Process Maps prior to program approval
• Develop Design to Manufacturing proposals for Capex optimization
• Work collaboratively with Pre Advance Engineering on decoupled projects to ensure inclusion of manufacturing requirements
