As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience from start to finish.

Department Hours

• Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Qualifications:

• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales mindset with a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with dealership systems and repair order processes is a plus

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace.

The California salary pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
