- Pay: $48,200.00-$158,700.00 annually.
- Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.
- Department Hours: Mon-Sat: 9am-8:30pm and Sun: 10am-7pm.
What You'll Do- Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.
- Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
- Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring- 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
- Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.
- Build relationships and earn customers trust.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
