What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
  • Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.

Total Rewards

The annual estimated earnings range is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
