Job SummaryWe are seeking a Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll integrations, elements, fast formulas, and a strong understanding of U.S. payroll processes.
Prior experience with Oracle EBS is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
- Manage end-to-end integrations across Payroll, HR, and Compensation modules.
- Configure and maintain payroll elements and fast formulas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver payroll solutions.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and standards.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for payroll-related issues.
Required Qualifications- 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
- Proven experience with end-to-end integration involving Payroll, HR, and Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of payroll elements and fast formulas.
- Solid understanding of U.S. payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex payroll structures.
