¿ Graduation in any stream (preferably with Computer Science or related field is highly desirable) ¿ 15+ years of extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on Network security, performance, and reliability ¿ Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security ¿ Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions ¿ Domain knowledge on Security Incident Event Management (SIEM), Application Security, and IAM, Network Security ¿ Ability to interact with a broad cross section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures. ¿ Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook Job Responsibilities includes: ¿ Contribute to overall Enterprise Security Architecture Governance and/or industry specific cyber architecture framework. ¿ Managing security strategy development and defining roadmap in alignment with client business objectives. ¿ Lead the delivery of security initiatives, applying expertise and best practice. ¿ Support decision making on security initiatives and solutions, including the delivery approach; lead the definition of security implementations, including threat modelling. ¿ Lead delivery for cross functional, multi disciplinary teams comprising internal and external stakeholders. ¿ Conducting regular system tests and ensuring continuous monitoring of network security ¿ Establishing disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills ¿ Promptly responding to all security incidents and providing thorough post event analyses ¿ Enhances security team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members. ¿ Determines security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; researching information security standards; conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments; studying architecture/platform; identifying integration issues; preparing cost estimates. ¿ Prepares system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. ¿ Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. ¿ Revise and analyze InfoSec operations and systems, logical security and operating procedures across organization. ¿ Consult and comply with set controls, standards, policies and procedures while carrying out InfoSec activities. ¿ Suggest measures to improve InfoSec related procedures, operations, processes and systems throughout organization. ¿ InfoSec Partner review for Information Security Ops. Work; Vulnerability Assessment review and mitigation. ¿ Baseline, Audit, & Recommendation to uplift the perimeter security ¿ Implement security risk analysis for current and new systems to find system weaknesses or disclosures. ¿ Recommend solutions for explaining risks and reducing exposure areas. ¿ Prepare security program plans and execute InfoSec controls, processes, audit tools, interfaces, and utilities for authentication. ¿ Conduct / provide support for Internal and External security audits. ¿ Assist with implementing and enforcing Information security policies and procedures across the organization.
