JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an expert Senior SAP Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service CS and SAP S4HANA Service.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Rollout: Lead or co-lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP S4HANA Service from blueprinting and realization to go-live and hypercare.
Solution Design: Design and configure core service processes including Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranties, etc.
Business Transformation: Conduct requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and align system designs with global architectural roadmaps and scalable solutions.
Cross Module Integration: Integrate Service processes with SAP Sales and Distribution SD, Materials Management MM, Financials FICO, etc.
Data Process Optimization: Oversee the migration and maintenance of service master data.
Client Advisory: Collaborate closely with clients, provide training to end-users and establish best practices for field service and spare parts logistics.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 12 years of total SAP experience with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically dedicated to SAP S4HANA Service Implementation.
Track Record: Hands-on experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations or major migration conversion projects.
Experience in implementing S4 SERVICES.
Mandatory Skills: MFG PM CS (PM Customer Service-FSM-Service Billing-CATS), SAP SD CS.
