About the RoleWe're looking for a
compassionate, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality infusion care in a modern, patient-first setting-without the typical hospital hustle.
You'll have a manageable workload (never more than 3 patients at a time), predictable hours, and the chance to help redefine infusion care. If you're energized by innovation, autonomy, and patient connection, this role is for you.
What You'll DoDeliver Best-in-Class Clinical Care (80%)- Administer infusions and injections per established protocols
- Start IVs, monitor patients during treatments, and ensure a calm, supportive environment
- Communicate proactively with patients about appointments, symptoms, and next steps
- Collaborate with referring providers to maintain seamless care
- Manage clinical inventory and maintain proper documentation using our EHR system
Support Quality & Compliance (20%)- Onboard new Medicare patients and complete required documentation
- Conduct regular chart audits and uphold high-quality standards across your region
- Serve as an expert resource on infusion therapy and preventative care
What You Bring- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in NH
- At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion care
- Strong IV therapy skills and experience with biologics preferred
- Self-starter mentality with excellent clinical judgment
- Familiarity with EHRs and Medicare documentation (a plus!)
- Clear, empathetic communication and organizational skills
