What to expect The R&D department is at the center of the action at Broadsign.
Your main focus will be to design and develop new features on both the front and back ends of our software suite. And because you're a technology enthusiast, you'll probably want to tweak and maintain our existing feature set as well! You'll get to participate in sprints where you'll be encouraged to share your ideas and knowledge with your team. You'll be working in a dynamic and peer-driven environment where you'll play with all the latest and greatest hardware and software!
What you need to perform in this job - 3-7 years of experience in software development
- Experience working with object-oriented languages like C# (.NET Core)
- You understand and use the SOLID principles!
- You have used tools such as AWS (CloudFormation, ECS)
- A good understanding of REST APIs
- Experience writing testable code and be familiar with TDD
- Strong belief in agile principles
- Experience with SQL

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec, so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
Fluent English is required for this position to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry
