Job Description:- Strong hands-on experience in Python scripting for automation, file handling, API integration, and operational tasks.
- Good understanding of DevOps concepts including CI/CD, build automation, deployment automation, and release management.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java, including object-oriented programming, exception handling, collections, multithreading basics, and application troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes concepts such as pods, deployments, services, namespaces, config maps, secrets, logs, and scaling.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot deployment failures, application issues, and environment-related problems.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting basics.
Experience and Qualifications- 5+ years of overall IT experience in application development, DevOps, automation, or production support roles.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python scripting and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Agile delivery practices and production support processes.
Mandatory Skills: Core Java.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
